新世纪的第一年,浙江人民广播电台成功地举办了一次“广播节目创意策划大赛”,征集到的417件文案成为一笔宝贵的财富。这次大赛对广播人的启示是多方面的。①广播媒体经常性地进行各类社会推荐性活动,以引起社会各层面的关注,这是扩大媒体自身影响力的一种有效方式。②广播在社会上仍然有广泛的影响力,关键是广播人要把听众群的需求变化研究清楚。③广播要做大做强,必须重视从群众中吸取智慧。④面对各种媒体的竞争,广播要加大改革力度,不断提高创新能力。
In the first year of the new century, Zhejiang People’s Broadcasting Station successfully held a “Creative Planning Contest for Broadcasting Programs” and collected 417 copies of documents into a valuable asset. There are many revelations for broadcasters in this competition. ① Broadcasting media regularly carry out all kinds of social recommendation activities to attract the attention of all levels of society. This is an effective way to expand the media’s own influence. Broadcasting still has a wide range of influence in society. The key point is that broadcasters should make a clear study of the changes in the needs of the audience. ③ radio to bigger and stronger, we must attach importance to wisdom from the masses. ④ In the face of competition from various media, the radio industry should intensify its reform efforts and continuously improve its innovative ability.
