槽形梁桥作为一种下承式梁桥,具有桥梁建筑高度小、安全防护性能好、隔音降噪等优点,在铁路和城市轨道交通桥梁中得到广泛应用。本文结合安徽省马巢高速公路一座2跨连续钢构槽形梁桥,介绍了该桥的设计方法与施工技术,对该桥进行了梁格法有限元计算分析,计算分析结果表明该桥持久状况下正常使用极限状态截面抗裂和持久状况下预应力混凝土构件的应力都能满足要求。该桥设计采用槽形梁结构形式是可行的。
As a kind of under-girder bridge, trough girder bridge has the advantages of small bridge construction height, good safety and protection performance, noise and noise reduction and is widely used in railway and urban rail transit bridges. In this paper, a two-span continuous steel trough girder bridge on Ma Chao Expressway in Anhui Province is introduced. The design method and construction technology of the bridge are introduced. The finite element analysis of the girder bridge is carried out. The calculation and analysis results show that under the long-term condition of the bridge The stress of prestressed concrete members can meet the requirements under the normal condition of ultimate state cracking and lasting condition. The design of the bridge using trough beam structure is feasible.
