由铁道部基建总局主持的铁路工程概算指标编制工作会议于4月2日至6日在天津第三勘测设计公司举行。会议对部基建总局定额所提出的《概算指标编制工作大纲》、《概算指标项目划分建议计划表》、《估算指标编制工作设想》等文件做了认真讨论,明确了编制概算指标(以下简称指标)的意义与目的、编制原则、组织分工、质量要求和时间安排。
