随着我国经济水平的发展,人民生活水平的提高,日常衣食住行的要求也相应提高,其对于居住的要求更是提出了更高标准的要求。暖通工程成为影响住房宜居条件的一大重要因素。对民用建筑暖通工程施工管理及施工质量的控制成为众多暖通工程施工单位的瞩目焦点。本文针对我国目前暖通工程现状,以及暖通工程施工要点进行分析,指出施工过程中常见问题并提出相应解决方案。
With the development of our country’s economic level, people’s living standards have been raised, and the requirements for daily necessities and housing have also been raised correspondingly. As for the requirements of living, they have set higher standards. HVAC project has become a major factor affecting the livable conditions of housing. The HVAC construction management and construction quality control of civil HVAC construction project has become the focus of many construction units. In this paper, the status quo of China’s current HVAC project, as well as construction of HVAC project analysis points out the common problems in the construction process and put forward corresponding solutions.
