2月23日,胡锦涛总书记在中共中央政治局第四次集体学习时强调,建设服务型政府,是坚持党的全心全意为人民服务宗旨的根本要求,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,也是加快行政管理体制改革、加强政府自身建设的重要任务。党中央提出建设服务型政府的任务,为各级党委和政府加强自身建设提出了新的目标和要求,为全面提高为人民服务的能力和水平指明了发展方向,彰显了我们党和政府重大的执政理念。
