丽水市师范教育已完成由三级向二级体制过渡 ,新设立的初等教育专业要为本市培养具有专科学历的高素质的小学教师。在师德建设方面必须突出“师魂”铸造 ,并建构起良性的内化模式 ;在师才培养方面 ,要努力构筑适应本市小学教育需要的知识结构 ,并建构相应的优化模式 ;在师能养成方面 ,应以持续发展能力为重点 ,并建构有效的强化模式 ;从而形成“师德、师才、师能”三维结构的、富有显著农村师范办学特色的师资培养模式。
The Lishui Normal Education has completed the transition from tertiary system to secondary system. The newly established primary education major should train high-quality primary school teachers with academic qualifications for this Municipality. In the construction of teachers’ morality, we must emphasize the casting of “teacher spirit” and construct a benign internalization pattern. In terms of teacher training, we should strive to construct a knowledge structure that adapts to the needs of primary education in our city and construct corresponding optimization patterns. In terms of sustainable development, emphasis should be laid on the ability of sustainable development and an effective fortification mode should be established. Thus, a three-dimensional structure of teacher-teacher-morality, teacher-training ability and teacher-skill formation should be formed.
