对住院的12例结核性胸膜炎病人的胸水标本中结核菌DNA进行PCR检测,结合痰、胸水涂片镜检,痰结核菌DNA(PCR),结果是痰、胸水涂阳为0例,痰结核菌DNA(PCR)阳2例,阳性率16、67%,胸水标本结核菌DNA(PCR)阳6例,阳性率50%。证实:PCR检测对结核病的早期诊断,预防和指导治疗比痰、胸水涂片方法要敏感、快速、简便、特异性高,取样量少,此方法值得在临床中推广应用。
Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA was detected by PCR in 12 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients with sputum and pleural effusion smear microscopy and sputum TB DNA. Results showed sputum and pleural effusion were positive in 0 cases, sputum tuberculosis 2 cases of positive bacteria DNA (PCR), the positive rate of 16,67%, pleural effusion specimens of tuberculosis DNA (PCR) positive in 6 cases, the positive rate of 50%. Confirmed: PCR detection of tuberculosis in the early diagnosis, prevention and guidance of treatment than sputum, pleural effusion method to be sensitive, fast, simple, high specificity, less sampling, this method is worth to promote the clinical application.
