继续教育是当今人类、也是当今教育的永恒课题。它始发于美国,继发于欧洲,再兴于发展中国家。福建省是全国开展继续教育较早的省份之一。全省国有企业、事业单位专业技术人员继续教育率逐年提高,至1998年底达70％,继续教育在全省的两个文明建设中,正发挥着越来越重要的作用。但我省非公有制经济单位的专业技术人员继续教育面上工作却还没有铺开,这种状况严重地制约了我省非公有制经济的发展后劲。
Continuing education is now human, but also the eternal topic of education. It originated in the United States, secondary to Europe, then rejuvenate in developing countries. Fujian Province is one of the earliest provinces to carry out continuing education in China. The continuous education rate of professional and technical personnel in state-owned enterprises and institutions in the province has been increasing from year to year, reaching 70% by the end of 1998. Continuing education is playing an increasingly important role in the construction of two civilizations across the province. However, the non-public sector of our province’s professional and technical personnel continue to work on the surface of education has not yet rolled out, this situation has seriously hampered the development of non-public sectors of our economy stamina.
