随着我国加入世界贸易组织（ＷＴＯ）的临近，我国在农业生产、加工、市场流通等方面，必须要有和贸易自由化相配套的政策措施，否则农产品市场就可能会受制于人。世界工业发达国家在进入ＷＴＯ后，都建立了非常完整的农业标准化体系，在对外贸易中形成了比较完善的技术壁垒。
With China’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) approaching, China must have policies and measures that are compatible with trade liberalization in the areas of agricultural production, processing and market circulation. Otherwise, the market for agricultural products may be controlled by others. After the industrialized countries in the world entered the WTO, they established a very complete agricultural standardization system and formed relatively perfect technical barriers in their foreign trade.
