田家炳青少年正面成长计划旨在促进中国初中生青少年正面成长。计划推行首年,来自四所学校,共1 049名学生填写了主观成效评估表,反映参加者对计划、导师和计划成效的看法。多元回归分析显示,参加者对计划和导师质素的观感,可预测参加者对计划裨益的观感。同时,21位教师获邀填写主观成效评估表,反映他们对计划、自身、计划成效的看法。综合计划参加者和推行者数据所得结果显示,不同身份者对计划、导师和计划的裨益反应良好。现存的数据印证了计划参加者和推行者的角度对田家炳青少年正面成长计划中一课程的成效。
The Tian Jiabing Positive Youth Development Plan aims to promote the positive growth of junior high school students and adolescents in China. In the first year of implementation, a total of 1,049 students from four schools completed the subjective effectiveness assessment form, reflecting their views on the effectiveness of programs, mentors and programs. Multivariate regression analysis showed that participants ’perception of the quality of programs and mentors predicted participants’ perception of the benefits of the program. In the meantime, 21 teachers were invited to fill in the subjective effectiveness assessment form, reflecting their views on the plan, itself and the effectiveness of the plan. The results of the integrated program participants and facilitators data show that people of different capacities responded well to the benefits of programs, mentors and programs. The available data confirm the effectiveness of a course in the positive growth of Tian Jiabing’s adolescent from the perspective of plan participants and facilitators.
