目的 研究紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗 (简称 :自血光量子疗法 )混合性中风的疗效及病灶变化。方法 选择混合性中风 30例 ,在中性治疗的基础上加用自血光量子疗法作为治疗组 ,并与另 30例中性治疗的对照组进行比较。结果 治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;CT扫描显示血肿吸收 ,梗塞灶密度变化或面积缩小与对照组比较均有非常显著的差异性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 自血光量子疗法治疗混合性中风能明显改善临床症状和加速病灶吸收或面积缩小 ,降低致残率和死亡率
Objective To study the curative effect and focal lesion of mixed stroke with ultraviolet irradiation and oxygenation and autotransfusion therapy (abbreviation: self-blood photon therapy). Methods Thirty patients with mixed stroke were selected. Based on the neutrophil treatment, self-blood photon therapy was used as the treatment group, and compared with the other 30 patients who were treated with neutral treatment. Results The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group (P <0.01). The CT scan showed that the hematoma absorption, the change of infarction density or the area reduction were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Quantum blood phototherapy for mixed stroke can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and accelerate the lesion absorption or area reduction, reduce the morbidity and mortality
