笔者从１９９８年１０月至２０００年１月采用ＹＬ-１型微创颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针对４５例高血压性脑出血患者颅内血肿进行抽吸、粉碎冲洗及液化引流等治疗 ,取得明显疗效 ,报告如下。１．对象 :我院神经内科住院病人 ,经头颅ＣＴ证实的高血压性脑出血患者９０例 ,随机分成两组。
