目的通过应用电喷雾-离子阱质谱,对丹参药材中的水溶性及脂溶性成分进行较为全面的质谱行为考察。方法分别对8个丹参对照品进行了多级质谱裂解分析,并总结了水溶性丹酚酸类和脂溶性丹参酮类成分的裂解规律。对丹参药材进行了液相-质谱联用分析及多级质谱分析,根据裂解规律对药材中的目标成分进行归属。结果鉴别和归属了丹参药材中的30个成分。结论应用离子阱质谱的多级裂解信息对中药材中的复杂成分进行结构解析和鉴别,可以为中药材的质量控制乃至中药制剂的质量标准研究提供丰富的信息。
OBJECTIVE To conduct a more comprehensive mass spectrometric investigation of the water-soluble and fat-soluble components of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae by electrospray-ion trap mass spectrometry. Methods The eight Salvia miltiorrhiza reference substances were analyzed by mass spectrometry. The cleavage patterns of water-soluble salvianolic acids and liposoluble tanshinones were summarized. Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was subjected to liquid-mass spectrometry and multi-level mass spectrometry analysis, and the target components of medicinal materials were assigned according to the cracking rules. Results identified and attributed to the 30 ingredients in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Conclusions The multi-stage lysis information of ion trap mass spectrometry can be used for structural analysis and identification of complex components in traditional Chinese medicine. It can provide rich information for the quality control of Chinese herbal medicines and even for the quality standard of Chinese traditional medicine preparation.
