用双波长紫外分光光度法测定乳膏剂中醋酸曲安缩松含量，通过解回归方程法可扣除软膏基质干扰，结果平均回收率为１００．２％，ＣＶ＝０．３９％（ｎ＝５），方法快速，简便，准确。
The content of triamcinolone acetonide in the cream was determined by dual-wavelength ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The interference of the ointment matrix could be deduced by the solution regression equation. The average recovery was 100.2%, CV = 0.39% (n = 5) The method is fast, easy and accurate.
