目的:观察Homer1在大鼠胰腺中的表达,探讨Homer蛋白的生理意义。方法:建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,与正常大鼠比较,检测血胰岛素值。取胰腺组织,检测Homer1a、Homer1c和胰岛素表达情况。结果:Homer1a、Homer1c表达于大鼠胰腺组织中胰岛细胞,糖尿病大鼠胰腺组织与正常组大鼠比较,胰岛素表达明显减少(P<0.01),Homer1a表达减少(P<0.05),Homer1c表达增加(P<0.05)。结论:Homer蛋白表达于大鼠胰腺组织;且在糖尿病模型中,Homer1c的表达与Homer1a的表达方向相反,Homer1蛋白可能参与胰岛素分泌的调控机制。
Objective: To observe the expression of Homer1 in rat pancreas and to explore the physiological significance of Homer protein. Methods: A rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus was established. Compared with normal rats, blood insulin level was measured. Pancreatic tissues were taken for detecting Homer1a, Homer1c and insulin expression. Results: Homer1a and Homer1c were expressed in islet cells in pancreas of rats. Compared with normal rats, the expression of Homer1c and Homer1c in pancreas of diabetic rats was significantly decreased (P <0.01) P <0.05). Conclusion: Homer protein is expressed in rat pancreatic tissue. In the diabetic model, Homer1c expression is opposite to that of Homer1a, and Homer1 protein may be involved in the regulation of insulin secretion.
