1996年11月11日收治阴茎完全离断1例,经再植成功。现报道如下。 1 临床资料 患者男25岁,未婚。因阴茎被剃须刀完全切断20h于1996年11月10日晚急症转入我院。入院检查:神志清楚,面色苍白,脉搏细弱,血压12/10kPa。阴茎于根部沿耻骨面完全离断,阴囊皮肤也大部被切开,双侧睾丸外露,海绵体断端裸露,表面布满血痂及凝血块,阴茎海绵体及龟头呈青灰色。 入院后立即给予止血、补液、输血等抗休克对症治疗,经紧
