随着改革开放和经济全球化的发展,中国企业的对外投资开始迅猛增长,但中国海外投资利益受损的情况也越发严重。从国际机制的视角切入,对中国海外投资利益维护上的不利因素进行分析,可以发现中国解决该问题的路径应包括:形成利益维护同盟、创建发展中国家认可的国际机制、倡议设立国际范围的投资保险制度、创建国际民间交流合作机制和有效利用现行的国际机制。
With the reform and opening up and the development of economic globalization, the foreign investment of Chinese enterprises has started to grow rapidly. However, the interests of China’s overseas investment are also getting worse. Analyzing from the perspective of international mechanism and analyzing the unfavorable factors of safeguarding the interests of China’s overseas investment, we can find out that the path for China to solve this problem should include: forming an interest-maintaining alliance, establishing an international mechanism recognized by developing countries and setting up an international Invest in the insurance system, create an international non-governmental exchange and cooperation mechanism and make effective use of existing international mechanisms.
