目的了解2010-2014年梧州市医疗机构法定传染病漏报情况,为提高法定传染病报告质量提供理论依据。方法对2010-2014年梧州市医疗机构法定传染病漏报调查资料进行统计分析。结果 5年全市法定传染病的总漏报率为1.43%,县(区)级和乡镇级医疗机构漏报率较高;乙、丙类传染病漏报率分别为0.93%和2.02%,漏报率较高的病种为风疹(12.50%)、急性出血性结膜炎(5.16%)、其他感染性腹泻(1.91%);乙、丙类法定传染病漏报率差异有统计学意义。报告及时率为98.55%,乡镇级卫生院报告及时性最低;完整率97.35%;准确率84.32%,一致率93.07%,市级和乡镇级医疗机构报告准确率、一致率比较低。结论应加强对传染病报告质量检查的执法力度,将传染病报告质量纳入医疗机构绩效考核的指标和医师个人执业记录中;医疗机构应落实传染病报告制度,加强报告管理知识的考核,以进一步提高医疗机构法定传染病的报告质量。
Objective To understand the omission of notifiable infectious diseases reported by medical institutions in Wuzhou during 2010-2014 and provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of notifiable infectious diseases. Methods The data of omission of notifiable infectious statutory diseases in medical institutions of Wuzhou from 2010 to 2014 were analyzed statistically. Results The total missing rate of notifiable infectious diseases in the city was 1.43% in 5 years. The omission rate of infectious diseases in county (district) and township medical institutions was high. The false negative rates of infectious diseases of Class B and C were 0.93% and 2.02% respectively. The higher reported diseases were rubella (12.50%), acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis (5.16%) and other infectious diarrhea (1.91%). There was a significant difference in the omission of notifiable statutory group B and C infectious diseases. The report promptly rate was 98.55%, the report of township level hospitals had the lowest promptness; the complete rate was 97.35%; the accuracy rate was 84.32% and the concordance rate was 93.07%. The report rates of municipal and township medical institutions were lower and the accuracy rate was lower. Conclusion The law enforcement of the quality inspection of infectious diseases should be strengthened, the quality of infectious disease reporting should be included in the indicators of performance evaluation of medical institutions and the records of individual practitioners. The medical institutions should implement the reporting system of infectious diseases and strengthen the assessment of reporting management knowledge so as to further Improve the reporting quality of legal infectious diseases in medical institutions.
