对典型制冷剂R12在微流道中的单相流动阻力特性和换热特性进行了实验研究.实验结果表明,微流道中的流动力及换热特性与常规尺度流道中的有很大差异.层流的阻力系数高于常规尺度流道中的阻力系数,流态由层流向紊流过渡的临界雷诺数也比常规尺度流道减小.
The single-phase flow resistance and heat transfer characteristics of a typical refrigerant R12 in the microchannels were experimentally studied. The experimental results show that the flow force and heat transfer characteristics in the microchannels are quite different from those in the conventional scale. The drag coefficient of laminar flow is higher than that of conventional scale flow channel, and the critical Reynolds number of transition from laminar to turbulent flow is also smaller than that of conventional scale.
