在过去几十年间,美国橡胶工业的劳动生产率有了很大提高。美国劳动统计局所提供的劳动生产率统计证明,该时期的劳动生产率持续提高,速度超过上世纪70年代,见图1。在宏观上,这使得美国能够与其他国家进行竞争,并增加出口;在微观上,为了用现有的资源增加生产,提高投资回收率,降低单位成本和从长远看节省劳动力,这一点也非常重要。
In the past few decades, the labor productivity of the U.S. rubber industry has greatly improved. The labor productivity statistics provided by the Bureau of Labor Statistics show that the productivity of labor during this period continued to increase at a rate exceeding that of the 1970s (Figure 1). At a macro level, this allows the United States to compete with other countries and increase exports; at the micro level, in order to increase production with existing resources, increase investment recovery, reduce unit costs and save labor in the long run, it is also very unusual important.
