以广州某项目实例工程为背景,提出了将地下连续墙与地下室底板做成“连续墙门式刚架”的地铁保护措施,将地下连续墙变为同时具备基坑支护挡土功能和竖向承重功能的结构,以控制地铁隧道在正上方基坑施工及后续正上方地下空间使用过程中出现的上抬和超载过大的情况。将上述措施运用于一个典型工程,通过三维有限元方法,验证了“连续墙门式刚架”的地铁保护措施的可行性,说明该方法能够有效地减少地铁上方土体开挖带来的隆起问题,并能够把隧道上方荷载有效地传递到两侧连续墙,为今后类似的基坑开挖提供了一个新的思路。
