关于中央卫生部颁发下乡药品中的癣药水,主要成分是5%水杨酸和5%苯甲酸。为了切实做到质量标准,故在产品出厂时要求分别定量,可是不易找到一个合适的检验方法。后来我们参考了苏联药典水杨酸纳的溴定量法后,结合到本品,先将水杨酸和苯甲酸用已知浓度的氢氧化纳滴定成为钠盐,再以溴量法求得水杨酸含量,最后得出苯甲酸含量,经多次实验,结果良好,并且此较简易可行,特介绍出来以供大家参考。操作方法:1.水杨酸的定量精密量取检品5ml,放入100ml 烧瓶中,加50%
