以网络信息为核心的信息技术革命,在推动了以互联网电子商务为平台的电子商务蓬勃发展的同时,其数字资源的良好获得性也引发了高校图书馆建设的变革。由于数字资源是网络话、信息化的产物,高校图书馆数字资源整合又是一门涉及面广、综合性强的新兴研究领域,其成熟性有待进一步发展提高,因此,开展数字资源评价体系,建立决策模型,提出数字资源整合方案,对科学规划高校图书馆事业的发展具有十分重要的意义。
