一、问题的提出当前,随着我国高层建筑的不断增加,使得高层建筑中现浇钢筋混凝土中的大直径钢筋的连接问题显得越来越突出。以前,我们曾采用过搭接绑扎、搭接手工电弧焊和电渣压力焊等方法进行钢筋连接。但由于上述三种连接方法各有其不足,所以我公司和河北省兴隆县机械厂、北京建筑设计院,北京建筑总公司科技处共同研制了钢筋气压焊机。该新型焊机已在国内首先成功地应用于大型建筑工程——中国国家科技情报中心。
