实验室档案建设是指实验室为了完成既定的质量目标,通过一系列质量策划、质量控制等措施对检验检测过程中形成的真实信息、数据进行科学和系统的记录,包括有保存价值的各种文字、图表、声像等不同形式和载体的原始记录。目的是将用过的档案进行合理建设,以实现实验室的质量控制,保证实验室的质量体系得到有效运行,从而提高实验室检测能力和服务意识,规范检测过程,科学、公正、准确、有效的提供检测报告,满足社会、政府对检测结果的质量要求。
