余热回收是节能的一个重要方面。钢铁企业目前已普遍配备余热锅炉。但从实际使用上看,效果不甚显著。这里就普遍存在的两个问题作一些分析。 1.入炉烟温低。通常为了不影响生产工业炉的正常操作,余热锅炉房在生产厂房外面单独设置。进烟道拉长,每米烟道温降按4℃计算,25米烟道就降温100℃,热损失很大。所以余热锅炉设计入炉烟温一般在700—900℃,而实际只有400—600℃。 2.漏风。漏风主要发生在烟道、阀板、旁路阀板等处。旋转式和插入式的阀板都有较大缝隙,外界冷空气不断侵入,降低了入炉烟温,使引风机在接近满负荷下工作。

Air leakage occurs mainly in the flue, valve plate, bypass valve plate and so on. Rotary and plug-in valve plate has a larger gap, the continuous invasion of cold air outside, reducing the furnace temperature into smoke, the induced draft fan at near full load.
