描述图书馆的成本结构、服务性质以及赢利性图书馆利润最大化的条件。分别对国家经营图书馆和赢利性图书馆展开经济学分析,并指出各自的优势、劣势以及解决办法。结论是:现阶段图书馆的经营模式仍然要以政府投资为主,社会投资为辅,但对于国家经营的图书馆,应该认真设计其治理结构,保证政府的投资获得读者的认可。
Describe the cost structure of the library, the nature of the service, and the conditions for maximizing the profitability of the for-profit library. Economic analysis was carried out respectively on state-run libraries and for-profit libraries, and their respective advantages, disadvantages and solutions were pointed out. The conclusion is: At present, the operating mode of the library still needs to be dominated by government investment, supplemented by social investment. However, for state-run libraries, the management structure of the library should be carefully designed to ensure that the government’s investment is approved by the readers.
