目的评价小麦酯酶抑制法检测农产品中有机磷农药残留的应用效果。方法对小麦酯酶抑制法测定韭菜中有机磷农药残留进行了质量评价和主成分分析。检测了5种农产品中有机磷农药残留量,并以气相色谱法进行了确证试验。结果不同有机磷农药检出下限的范围为0.05~0.52 mg/kg,标准差为0.26~3.09 mg/kg,RSD为2.9%~4.1%,平均回收率为74.5%~92.1%。有机磷农药对酶的抑制程度和精密度是影响测定质量的主要因素。结论小麦酯酶抑制法可以满足农产品中有机磷农药残留半定量分析的要求。
Objective To evaluate the application of wheat esterase inhibition assay for detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in agricultural products. Methods The method of wheat esterase inhibition was used to evaluate the quality of organophosphorus pesticide residues in Chinese chives and the principal component analysis. Five organophosphorus pesticide residues in agricultural products were detected and confirmed by gas chromatography. Results The detection limits of different organophosphorus pesticides ranged from 0.05 to 0.52 mg / kg with standard deviations of 0.26 to 3.09 mg / kg and RSD of 2.9% to 4.1% with an average recoveries of 74.5% to 92.1%. Organophosphorus pesticides on the degree of inhibition and precision of the enzyme is the main factor affecting the quality of the assay. Conclusion Wheat esterase inhibition method can meet the requirements of semi-quantitative analysis of organophosphorus pesticide residues in agricultural products.
