Recently,the manufacture of components for industrial products has become multinational,and the manufacturing industry cannot be based on the technical culture cf one country.With the development of globalization,it is necessary to share design ideas and design information on an international scale,and to understand and introduce universal standards,for example,by developing new design and drawing methods. However advanced the control technology is,machines cannot yield the intended performance if they are not properly designed and manufactured.The steps leading to effective drawing and design is that“one can understand drawings”and“one can draw,”which are based on the premise that the person has sufficient knowledge of machine elements.The most appropriate method of learning drawing rules and how to realize an idea is repeated“hand drawing,”in which the brain is activated by the sensitivity of the fingertips.It is recommended that a person starts to learn CAD after mastering these steps.
