当今时代,在大学或省市公共图书馆界,网络化、信息化和数字化不断得到普及,并向纵深方向不断发展。而中专图书馆却还是抱残守缺,步履蹒跚,面临的形势日渐严峻。穷则思变,中专图书馆唯有正视现实,大刀阔斧,打破旧观念,采取超常规措施,创新图书馆的管理和服务理念,才可能获得新生和发展的契机。
In the modern era, in the public libraries community at universities, provinces, and cities, the network, informationization and digitization are gaining popularity and developing constantly in depth. The secondary school library is still clinging to keep absentminded, hobbled, facing the increasingly grim situation.
