我国矿产资源是丰富的,但人均占有量不足世界平均水平的一半,部分矿产资源不能满足国家需要。矿产资源具有不可再生性、稀缺性、分布不均匀性等特点,因而我国把“保护矿产资源,节约、合理利用资源”定为基本国策。但由于种种原因,矿产资源开发中损失、浪费现象仍十分严重,距合理开发利用尚有很大差距。本文通过调查本区资源分布及开发利用状况为例,提出了树立科学发展观、实施项目战略、
China’s mineral resources are rich, but the per capita amount of less than half of the world average, some of the mineral resources can not meet the needs of the country. Mineral resources are not renewable, scarcity, uneven distribution and so on, so our country to “protect mineral resources, conservation and rational use of resources ” as the basic national policy. However, due to various reasons, the loss and waste of mineral resources are still very serious, and there is still a long way to go before rational exploitation and utilization.
