投资基金治理结构是投资基金业赖以生存和发展的基础。本文通过对日本和德国契约型投资基金治理结构的比较和美国、英国、日本公司型投资基金治理结构的比较,总结出若干经验,以期对完善我国投资基金的治理结构有所借鉴。
Investment fund governance structure is the basis for the survival and development of investment fund industry. By comparing the governance structures of Japanese and German contractual investment funds and the comparison of the governance structures of corporate investment funds in the United States, Britain and Japan, this paper summarizes a number of experiences in order to draw lessons from the improvement of the governance structure of China's investment funds.
