高粱是抗旱性很强的作物,但关于品种间的抗旱性差异,国内报导很少,尚缺乏较全面的研究。1979年,我们对这一问题进行一些研究,兹总结如下:一、试材及试验地试材为辽宁省农科院作物育种所品种资源室提供的关内16个省区的517个地方品种。处理区是朝阳地区农科所的沙土高燥的试验地,土壤含水量为8.35%;对照区为砂壤土(菜园地),土壤含水量是13.06%。小区面积为3平方米,均不灌溉,靠自然降水。二、观测项目及方法1.生育状况:苗期和拔节期测量根长、根数、株高,分别称量干物重,计算其根冠比值。2.萎蔫系数和凋萎系数:盆栽,3~4片叶时断水,观察萎蔫和凋萎的发生时间,同时
Sorghum is a highly drought-resistant crop, but there are few domestic reports on the differences in drought resistance among cultivars. However, more comprehensive research is still lacking.
