近年来,武钢各级党组织以“三个代表”重要思想统领基层党组织的先进性建设,积极探索国有企业党的先进性建设的基本规律,特别是在保持共产党员先进性教育活动开展以来,总结成功经验,巩固教育成果,取得了显著成效,初步形成了有自身特色的“三四五六七”党建工作格局,即构建“三型”模式、运用“四个载体”、提炼“五在前”标准、形成“六有”工作局面、建立“七个方面”长效机制。
