针对武汉康桥小区场区内复杂的地质条件,采取同一结构单元中端承桩和端承摩擦桩共同受力的桩基础方案。以正常使用荷载(即单桩承载力特征值)作用下桩基沉降变形相等为原则确定单桩承载力特征值并完成桩基础设计。连续的沉降观测结果表明,建筑物整体沉降均匀,符合国家规范要求。本工程的基础设计思路和方法可为同类复杂地质条件下的基础设计提供有益的参考。
In view of the complicated geological conditions in the area of Wuhan Kangqiao Community, the pile foundation scheme of the end bearing piles and end-bearing friction piles of the same structural unit is taken together. Based on the principle of equal settlement deformation of piles under the normal use load (ie, the characteristic value of single pile bearing capacity), the bearing capacity of single pile is determined and the pile foundation design is completed. Continuous settlement observations show that the overall settlement of buildings is uniform and meets the requirements of national regulations. The basic design ideas and methods of this project can provide a useful reference for the basic design under similar complex geological conditions.
