《药品管理法》第四十二条规定,“药品广告须经省、自治区、直辖市卫生行政部门审查批准,未经批准的不得刊登、播放、散发和张贴。”第四十四条规定:“药品广告的内容必须以国务院卫生行政部门或省、自治区、直辖市卫生行政部门批准的说明书为准。”近来笔者调查了我省7种报刊上刊登的药品广告发现仍存在比较多的问题。
Article 42 of the Drug Administration Law stipulates that “drug advertisements shall be examined and approved by the health administrative departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and may not be published, broadcast, distributed or posted without approval.” Article 44 stipulates: The contents of drug advertisements must be approved by the health administrative department of the State Council or the manual approved by the health administrative department of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government. "Recently, the author investigated that there are still many problems found in the drug advertisements published in the 7 newspapers in our province.
