随着社会经济的快速发展和企业现代化转型的不断提速,社会和企业需求动态对我国教育发展所产生的影响日益明显。如何有效协调二者的合作关系,促进企业主动融入学校发展之中,一直是校企一体化的难题及重点。以整体性治理理论为基础,在分析学校教育中多元主体的参与要求和实践要求、职能权责整合要求、运行机制优化重构要求、组织边界调整要求等的基础上,探索校企一体化协同合作方式和路径,以辅助校企一体化的有效、可持续发展。
With the rapid socio-economic development and the continuous acceleration of the transformation of the modernization of enterprises, the impact of the social and enterprise demand dynamics on the development of education in our country has become increasingly evident. How to effectively coordinate the cooperation between the two and promote the initiative of enterprises to integrate into the development of the school has always been a challenge and a focus of the integration between school and enterprises. Based on the theory of holistic governance, based on the analysis of multiple subjects’ participation and practice requirements, the integration of functions and responsibilities, the optimization and reconstruction of operation mechanism, the requirements of organizational boundary adjustment, the paper explores the synergy of school-enterprise integration Cooperation and ways to assist in the effective integration of school-enterprise and sustainable development.
