通过对牙轮上硬质合金齿的折断和脱落现象的分析研究,提出了对固齿工艺的一些基本要求。指出用于制造硬质合金齿牙轮的钢材应具有范围较窄的淬透性。这种钢淬火后,如对牙齿压入最大深度12毫米处的硬度应保持在HRC36~40范围为宜。
Based on the analysis of the phenomenon of the broken and falling of the hard alloy teeth on the roller cone, some basic requirements on the solid tooth technology are put forward. It is pointed out that steels used in the production of carbide cog wheels should have a narrower range of hardenability. After quenching this steel, such as the maximum depth of the tooth into the hardness of 12 mm should be maintained at HRC36 ~ 40 range is appropriate.
