近年来研究表明,肿瘤抑制基因PTEN不仅与脑发育和分化调控密切相关,而且其介导的信号网络还广泛参与了缺血性脑损伤的病理生理过程。深入研究PTEN在缺血性脑损伤中的分子调控机制将为缺血性脑损伤的治疗提供新的思路。
In recent years, studies have shown that tumor suppressor gene PTEN is not only closely related to the regulation of brain development and differentiation, but also its signaling network is widely involved in the pathophysiology of ischemic brain injury. In-depth study of molecular mechanisms of PTEN in ischemic brain injury will provide new ideas for the treatment of ischemic brain injury.
