关于正中神经体感诱发电位的皮层下起源目前还存在着争议,特别是丘脑电位,目前还不十分清楚。本文通过对23名CT证实的皮层下局部脑损害,尤其是丘脑损害病人的研究,试图探讨体感诱发电位皮层下各成分的起源。 材料和方法 本组23名病人中,脑干损害5人,丘脑损害12人。内囊损害6人。病因为脑梗塞12人,脑出血10人,脑瘤1人。男6人,女7人。年龄32~75岁,平均52岁。均行CT扫描确定诊断。23名正常成人为对照。 受检者在半暗室内仰卧于检查床上。记录部位采
There are still controversies about the origin of the median nerve somatosensory evoked potentials, especially the thalamic potential, which is not yet clear.
