中国共产党的十八届四中全会顺利通过了《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决议》,提出了“推进基层治理法治化”的要求,《决议》明确指出,“全面推进依法治国,基础在基层,工作重点在基层”。本文尝试以靖西市为调查研究地点,以当地基层法治建设的现有发展情况为基础,探寻靖西市法治建设的经验及不足,并提出相应解决办法。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China successfully passed the Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Ruling the Country by Law and Put Forward the Requirement of Promoting the Rule of Law in Grassroots Governance. The resolution clearly states that the “ Promote the rule of law, based at the grassroots level, the focus of work at the grassroots level. ” This paper tries to take Jingxi as the place of investigation and study and based on the existing development of the local law-based grassroots at the grassroots level to explore the experience and deficiencies of legal construction in Jingxi City and put forward corresponding solutions.
