参照Ｇａｍｂｈｉｒ等人的方法，建立了红细胞膜胰岛素受体（ＩＲ）的放免测定法，并检测了３０例正常人和３Ｏ例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者红细胞膜ＩＲ的数目及平衡解离常数：结果表明Ⅱ型糖尿病患者红细胞ＩＲ数目下降，而平衡解离数无明显改变。
According to the method of Gambhir et al., The erythrocyte membrane insulin receptor (IR) radioimmunoassay was established and the numbers and equilibrium dissociation constants of erythrocyte IR were measured in 30 normal subjects and 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus: IR patients with red blood cell count decreased, while the number of balanced dissociation no significant change.
