Establishing and perfecting the socialist market economic system is the grand goal of our country’s economic structural reform put forward by the 14th National Congress of the Party. For the majority of party members, there is no doubt that we must actively participate in this arduous and complicated systematic project. This puts forward to Communists a very realistic task - to comprehensively improve their own qualities to meet the requirements of the new situation and new tasks. The quality of the party members themselves is the inherent synthesis of the party spirit, knowledge and ability. The level of its own quality directly affects the achievements of party members and individuals in the party’s cause work as well as the overall combat effectiveness of the party organizations. As an advanced member of the working class, we should have a good quality. In particular, with the profound changes in the world’s scientific and technological revolution and the gradual deepening development of the country’s reform and opening up, the party requires its members to continuously improve themselves.
