陈××,男性,50岁.因不规则发热、咳嗽、咽痛、胸痛、头痛伴呕吐9天,于1977年12月12日中午12时急诊来院.急诊检查:面色轻度紫绀,四肢厥冷,呈休克状态,球结膜充血,皮肤粘膜见出血点,血压未测到,两肺(一),心音低钝。尿检:蛋白+++,颗粒管型++++,红、白细胞均少.印象:流行性出血热(休克期)。入院检查:精神萎靡,烦躁不安,呼吸28次/分,口唇、指甲紫绀。血压未测到.咽、上腭及腋下均有针尖状出血点.颈软.两肺偶闻湿罗音,心率64次/
