麦角制剂在临床上是产科常用药物,内科也常用麦角胺治疗血管扩张性偏头痛。其不良反映有:恶心、呕吐、腿软、四肢肌肉痛等,也可反射性地使心率减慢。偶有过敏反应,但引起心律失常者比较罕见。我院发现二例,报告如下:例1:朱××、女、28岁,本院医师,患菌痢住传染科。既往有青霉素过敏史。在住医院期间曾先后用合霉素、白蒲黄(注)、茄、黄连素口服及庆大霉素静滴,均无不良反应。78年9月5日晨3时因右侧局限性头痛,口服“麦角
