In the fourth National Outstanding Technical Innovation Achievement Award organized by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Tian Ming hosted the underground operation of Jiangsu Oilfield Branch of Sinopec Corp.
