随着当下我国经济的不断发展和高校教育的不断创新,校企合作逐渐成为了现代高校教学过程中重要环节之一。在高校会计专业教学过程中,借助于校企合作,不但能够让会计教学效率得到提升,而且还能够为现代社会发展培育出更多的复合型会计专业素质人才。本文就校企合作下会计人才培养模式中存在的问题进行简要分析,并在此基础上探讨了有效解决措施,希望能够为我国会计人才培养模式的构建带来一定帮助。
With the continuous development of economy and the continuous innovation of higher education in our country, the cooperation between universities and enterprises has gradually become one of the most important links in the teaching process of modern colleges and universities. In the process of accounting teaching in colleges and universities, with the aid of the cooperation between schools and enterprises, not only can the efficiency of accounting teaching be improved, but also more qualified professionals of accounting profession can be nurtured for the development of modern society. This article briefly analyzes the existing problems in accounting personnel training mode under the cooperation between school and enterprises, and on this basis, discusses effective measures to solve, hoping to bring some help for the construction of accounting personnel training mode in our country.
