N-J水电工程项目在施工项目过程中,由于地质条件复杂,为防止施工过程的岩爆风险,采用防爆网片替代前期使用的普通焊接网片进行TH钢环梁之间间隙挂网。在防爆网片材料货源供应,由于地处巴基斯坦,当地物资供应贫乏,制作加工水平相较于国内较低,而且经常性的无法按时送货,无论是数量和质量按正常采购计划都无法满足现在工程正常施工所需。在实际施工过程经常要依靠内部加工自制,因此需要做好材料制作过程中的质量管控,才能保证工程质量。通过对作业工艺流程、冲压成型、网片编织、网片焊接和材料检验上制定一系列的技术要求,使得最终到达材料的质量严格管控的目的,进而才能保证施工的安全和高效的进行。
