求职英语课程的设置是为了满足学生面试就业的需求、增强大学生的求职竞争力和职场环境语言交际能力,帮助学生提升英语综合能力以获得“职场通行证”;本课程坚持以学生为中心、能力培养为本位、突出实践教学主体地位的教学理念;进一步提高“求职英语”课程的教学质量,需要加强以下几个环节:凸显实践教学、多种教学方法和手段的融合、课堂空间范围的拓展、坚持大四教育不“缩水”和英语学习的连续性。
