由于传统的止咳、平喘药效果欠佳,近几年来应用下列老药收到较好效果.1.止咳药1.1山莨菪碱 为抗胆碱药,有抗分泌、抗痉挛作用.有用该药10mg,日3次,治疗剧烈咳嗽100例(其中上呼吸道感染45例,急、慢性气管炎分别为38例及17例),服药3～6天,有效率95.0%.其中显效61例,有效34例,无效5例.程氏报告用该药20mg加10%葡萄糖100ml,静滴,每日1次,连用3天,治疗喘息型气管炎24例,有15例气喘消失.
